Summer or winter season

MAINTENANCE PROPERTY (summer season):

  • clean all surfaces (dry and wet cleaning)
  • cleaning furniture, contents and appliances
  • cleaning of windows, doors, sockets and switches
  • drain waste and garbage disposal
  • 1 time a day tour and inspection of the property
  • tour and inspection of the property immediately after the abundant rain, storms and the like.
  • check possible burglary, invasion of insects and moisture in the house, water leaks, and check whether all windows and doors securely closed
  • perform minor repairs and works (inspection and replacement bulb, testing of devices, wall painting, etc.)
  • perform maintenance 2 times per week (house cleaning, home ventilation to prevent fungus, washing windows, etc.)
  • 1 weekly gardening maintenance and decoration of the garden, lawn, cleaning the leaves, driveway, etc..
  • collecting post, reading the consumption of water and electricity as well as their payment and forwarding to owner
  • cleaning and pool maintenance
  • emptying septic tanks
  • 24 hour on duty

MAINTENANCE PROPERTY (winter):

  • 1 times per week tour and inspection of property, and report upon presentation of digital photos and video clips via e-mail
  • tour and inspection of the property immediately after the abundant rain, storms and the like.
  • check possible burglary, invasion of insects and moisture in the house, water leaks, and check whether all windows and doors securely closed
  • control of all the installation of electricity, gas, water (discharge and control of water supply / drainage pipe to prevent odor), cleaning the fireplace,...
  • perform minor repairs and works (inspection and replacement bulb, testing of devices, wall painting, etc.)
  • perform maintenance 1 times per week (house cleaning, home ventilation to prevent fungus, washing windows, etc.)
  • 2 times a month gardening maintenance and decoration of the garden, lawn (grass mowing, trimming plants, hoeing, planting new plants ..), control of irrigation, etc.
  • collecting post, reading the consumption of water and electricity as well as their payment and forwarding
  • 24 hour duty

RENTAL PROPERTY:

  • property insurance
  • gaining rental object (object categorization) and fees for renting per bed
  • presentation of your offer of accommodation through various agencies
  • responding to any queries guests
